Experience and Philosophy

I’m Dr. Tyler Brown, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor trained as a primary care physician in both conventional and integrative medicine, specializing in women’s health and fertility. My approach incorporates evidence-based research, natural therapies, and clinical insight, guided by the belief that lasting wellness is multidimensional—and your care should be too.
I’m passionate about helping patients build trust in their bodies, understand their health, and feel supported through every season of life.
I prioritize getting to know my patients, so I can meet them where they are at. I provide care that is individualized, collaborative, functional, and grounded in a trauma-informed and body-positive model. You will always have transparency from me, as I communicate openly, research thoughtfully, and collaborate with colleagues when needed. My goal is for every patient to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their care.

In addition to my medical degree, I completed a Naturopathic Fertility Fellowship with advanced training in preconception and fertility care for both women and men, as well as in gynecology with a focus in hormone replacement therapy and sexual health. I also have specialized training in intra-uterine platelet-rich plasma (IU-PRP) therapy, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and intravenous (IV) nutrient administration, and am completing clinical mentorship with Dr. Haylee Nye.
