Experience and Philosophy

Hi!! My name is Dr. Noe King and I am a naturopathic physician practicing integrative gynecology, holistic women’s health, and trauma informed care. I am a firm believer in the strength of an individualized approach to care and treatment. I approach all patients with a genuine, honest and unique manner and my job is to be your teacher and help guide your road to optimal health! I emphasize preventative care, and strive to identify the root cause of any ailment by facilitating health and lifestyle modifications that will optimize wellbeing and function.
I earned my Bachelors of Science Degree in Wellness and Alternative Medicine from Johnson State College in Vermont with 3 concentrations: pre-med for Naturopathic medicine, mind body medicine and environmental medicine and a chemistry minor. After completing a mentorship training on The Farm in Tennessee with Ina May Gaskin, I spent the next eight years assisting births and training in midwifery in Vermont, California and Oregon. During this time I was also nutrition-garden teacher, organic farmer and Nutrition educator for various Farm to School Programs (lots of hats!). I then began medical school at the National University of Natural Medicine where I focused and mentored in women’s health along with completing the naturopathic obstetric/midwifery program and completed two years of a gastroenterology mentorship at the SIBO center (health begins in the gut!). National University of Natural Medicine where I earned a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a certificate in Natural Childbirth in 2016. I completed my medical residency at Synergy Women’s Healthcare in Portland OR in 2018. In my residency I was mentored by both NDs and MDs and completed rotations in reproductive endocrinology, gynecology, primary care and naturopathic women’s health.

The great thing about being an ND is there are a lot of ways to aid in each patient achieving their personal health needs. Everyone has a different story, different body and so protocols and algorithms for treatment and approach rarely work. Together we can use anything from nutrition, homeopathy, botanicals, pharmaceuticals, IV therapy, ultrasound, EFT, vaginal inoculation, lifestyle modifications, and fertility enhancements methods such as IVF support, IUI, IUD placement as well as general naturopathic and integrative modalities to get to the root cause and heal. I am trauma informed and perform trauma informed sensitive exams, and am inclusive of Black Indigenous People of Color, LGBTQ+ and non-binary inclusive care. Tell me your pronouns!
