Experience

Dr. Orady has almost20 years of experience in advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgery with over 10,000 procedures performed. She specializes in menstrual disorders with fertility sparing surgery for fibroids or endometriosis excision. As a board member of the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons (SLS), she has over 12 years as a member of the SLS board and is part of the SLS World Team. Dr. Orady has traveled to more than 43 countries sharing her knowledge and learning from world leaders. She has given hundreds of lectures, courses, and workshops in her field. This recognition culminated in her election as President and now past president of SLS.

Philosophy

Every patient I see has a unique history and needs. My focus is on accurate diagnosis and individualized management plan with minimal down time or impact on my patient’s lives In an initial consultation, I obtain their history, symptoms and goals and complete the evaluation with exam and an ultrasound focused on confirming my diagnosis. From there, we discuss options that may or may not include surgical laparoscopy. If laparoscopy is recommended, personalized care plans are discussed dependent on the patients desires and needs and goals. Referrals are then made to other providers or ancillary services as needed as pelvic pain, endometriosis, and fertility issues often need a multidisciplinary approach to obtain optimal management.
