Experience and Philosophy

I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) with a Master of Science in Nutrition (MSN) and advanced training in fertility care. My focus is helping individuals and couples prepare for pregnancy and navigate fertility challenges with a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach.

My work centers on integrative fertility care. I support patients before, during, and alongside assisted reproductive treatments. I frequently collaborate with fertility clinics to provide complementary care that helps optimize overall health, reproductive function, and uterine environment.
I believe fertility care works best when we have answers. My role is to work alongside you to find your diagnosis, support your body, and help you feel informed and supported through the process.

In my practice, I incorporate intra-uterine platelet-rich plasma (PRP) as an adjunctive therapy in select cases, particularly for patients working with fertility clinics who may benefit from additional support for endometrial health.
